We offer 2 payment options for our customers. 

1. Bank Transfer - choose this option at the checkout and just follow the prompts.

2. Due to strict rules and regulations with purchasing tobacco products online we must follow our EFTPOS providers terms and conditions with processing credit card payments.As tobacco is classified as a high risk purchase we can only process your credit card payments manually as EFTPOS providers will no longer approve Tobacco and Cigarettes websites to have a payment gateway to process your payments directly through the website.

   What we require is a copy of your credit card front and back and also a form of identification (we suggest a driver’s licence or passport) to be emailed to us at [email protected]. Once we receive the required documents we will process your payment and then confirm back to you once this is done. The name on the credit card and identification must match and our credit card provider reserves the right to place a credit card payment on hold if they believe it may be fraudulent until they can deem that the payment is safe and can be processed. We do not keep any credit card details or identification details on hand so every time you place an order you will be required to follow the same process.

We only ship with Australia Post Express as they are the fastest available shipping option in Australia. 

If you would prefer another company or courier, then please contact us and we can arrange this for you.

We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges under any circumstances so please choose your products wisely and ask us for pictures if you are not sure about a product or do a Google search and you will find all of our products.

We do resend orders if you have received a product of poor quality but only within 3 days of receiving the product. Pictures will be required for all poor-quality claims.

We stock a large variety of cigarettes from across the world. All being well known international brands. We are continually updating our products and range. 

PayPal do no longer allow cigarettes and tobacco purchases as part of their terms and conditions. Any attempts to purchase through PayPal will lead to your account being suspended or terminated permanently. 

On the day your order is posted you will receive your tracking number in the evening by email.

As soon as we have received a cleared payment into our bank account we will package and post your order.

Please note all orders received and paid for by 8am will be posted that same day. All orders received and paid for after 8am will be posted the following day.
